Browsing surfaces over the record

Observatories are curated browsing surfaces that read from the record — they are distinct from the Reference itself, which is the permanent canonical archive. The Reference establishes identity; the Observatories present views over prediction-market activity.

The VolRoc Observatory surfaces are published at volroc.ai: the prediction-markets overview, the daily frozen archive, and the 2026 World Cup observatory. Their statistics API is documented separately from the Reference API.
